Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2.5-hour-maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window, the application will be unavailable for 5 minutes. Customers will not be able to start new sessions during those 5 minutes, whereas there will be no impact on ongoing sessions.
