As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, the GoToMYPC team will conduct service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will take all necessary actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

The maintenance will occur on the date and time listed below.

Date and Time: November 15th, 2025 at 04:30 AM to 11:00 AM UTC.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 6-hour 30-minute maintenance window.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

What to expect: During the maintenance,G oToMyPC customers may experience issues initiating remote sessions for approximately 20 minutes. Additionally, some in-flight remote sessions might be affected, potentially resulting in issues such as screen freezes.
