As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMyPC will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the date and time listed below. Our team will take all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: August 25th, 2025, 5:30 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour 30-minute maintenance window.
What to expect:GoToMyPC customers may not be able to initiate sessions for a 5 minute period during the maintenance window. GoToMyPC sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.
