As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: June 21, 2025, 6:00 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect:
Rescue, Live Guide and Live Lens:
Existing Rescue sessions started and picked up will remain active, and the technicians will be able to work on them. The following features will not be available during the failover: Registration, Technician, and Admin login, Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases) and any action which requires session state change (start a new session, transfer a session, hold and close a session).
No historical session data will be lost and will again be available after the maintenance is complete.
LogMeIn Pro and Central:
Existing remote access sessions will remain active, and the users can continue to work with no interruption. The following features will not be available during the failover: Registration, Login to Central and or My Computers page, Accessing and changing anything on the website (user management, subscription management, purchases, reports, etc..) and through API (including desktop and mobile LogMeIn Clients), Starting new Remote Access sessions (remote control, file manager, dashboard, etc.), Host login/logout, Adding new Hosts, Modifying Host subscriptions, Executing O2M tasks.
Join.Me:
Existing join.me sessions will not be affected (both voice and screen sharing), but you will not be able to access the in-app functionalities like start/stop recording, mute'm & chime. The following features will not be available during the fail-over: Registration, Starting a new screen sharing and VoIP audio session, Starting a new phone audio session, Joining an existing screen sharing session (including reconnecting), Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases)
Hamachi:
Existing network connections will not be interrupted. The following features won't be available during the fail-over: Registration, Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases), Add new hosts to a network, Host comes online / go offline in networks.
Resolve:
The Commerce part in Admin Center will be affected, users can't buy or assign licenses, download invoices and process quotes.
GoTo Connect:
Cannot do self-serve purchase activities (add seats, modify subscriptions), download invoices and process quotes.
GoToMyPC:
GoToMyPC users with TFA setup won't be able to login during the maintenance.
