From Dec 12, 09:46 UTC until Dec 12, 10:13 UTC, a subset of GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar and GoTo Training customers may have experienced audio issues & errors about the session temporarily being unavailable. This incident has been already resolved and we have confirmed that all systems are 100% operational.

Our engineers identified and fixed the issue.

We will conduct an internal review of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our system to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
