Rescue, Rescue Live Lens, and Rescue Live Guide Maintenance

Scheduled for Jul 22, 08:00 - 14:00 UTC

Scheduled

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and reliability to our customers, we wanted to let you know that there will be an update on our Rescue media services. Once the update happens, all Rescue, Rescue Live Lens, and Rescue Live Guide accounts will use the new domains for media streaming. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.

Date and Time: July 22nd, 2025, 8:00 AM UTC to 2:00 PM UTC

Purpose: To provide a better and more scalable service to our customers.

Who does it affect?

Admins who configure their firewalls to allowlist by domain. Below are the new URLs and the Link to our current allowlisting document for your reference. To allow media streaming, you need to add the new domains based on your account, whether Global, Global Enterprise, EU, or EU Enterprise.

When do I need to take action?
The new domains follow the same pattern as every other Rescue service and if the official allowlisting document has been followed, all new domains should be already whitelisted by your organization, please make sure that your firewall allows connection to:

Environment: Global
Master domain: *.logmeinrescue.com

Environment: Global, Enterprise
Master domain: *.logmeinrescue-enterprise.com

Environment: EU
Master domain: *.logmeinrescue.eu

Environment: EU, Enterprise
Master domain: *.logmeinrescue-enterprise.com

If your firewall blocks the master domains, you should allow the appropriate URL (listed above) as soon as possible. However, adding the new URLs to your firewall/proxy on or before 21st July is critical to avoid service disruption.

What if I allowlist by IP address instead of domains?
If your security solution is configured to allowlist by IPs, you will remain unaffected by these changes, and your Rescue Products will continue without interruption.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.
