As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMyPC will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the date and time listed below. Our team will take all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: December 16th, 2025, 5:30 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour 30-minute maintenance window.
What to expect: During the scheduled maintenance, there will be no impact on in-flight sessions. However, customers may experience brief disruptions when initiating new remote sessions or accessing the application. These interruptions are expected to last only a few minutes.
