As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, the GoToAssist team will conduct service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will take all necessary actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect:
- In GoToAssist Remote Support v5, users will not be able to join; the recording and the reporting services will be unavailable.
- Data of sessions ended during the maintenance window might get lost, recording and reporting might not be created.
- Sessions started before the maintenance and ended after the maintenance will behave as expected.
- GoToAssist Service Desk features integrated with GoToAssist Remote Support v4 will not be available.
