As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Remote Support v4 and v5 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: December 7, 2024, 7:00 AM UTC to 10:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 3-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window, customers may experience difficulties for a few minutes using the v4 web application (https://up.gotoassist.com/). The v4 desktop applications and in-flight support sessions will not be affected.
v5 customers may experience difficulties both in the web and desktop applications when starting or joining new support sessions, listing session recordings or handling v4 unattended devices. In-flight sessions will not be affected.
